About Martin
I’m Martin Luxton, founder of Luxton Training Solutions
For over 20 years, I’ve coached senior executives and business leaders across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. My clients have included CEOs, entrepreneurs, and high-potential managers navigating English as a second language and facing the challenges of global business.
Along the way, I discovered something simple but powerful: Even the smartest leaders can be held back if they struggle to communicate clearly in English or misunderstand British business culture.
That’s why I started Luxton Training Solutions in the UK. To bring together my international coaching experience, my expertise in English communication and cross-cultural training, and proven business performance tools like DISC, Sales IQ, and Brian Tracy’s Success Series. Combine this with my series of articles, books and workshops about AI Literacy and you have a suite of training solutions perfect for the Age of AI.
With me, you don’t get a one-size-fits-all programme or a junior trainer. You get:
- Direct, personalised coaching with me as your guide.
- A blend of skills and tools designed for leaders relocating to or working in the UK.
- Practical strategies you can apply immediately to communicate, connect, and succeed.
I believe every leader has the potential to inspire. My role is to help you unlock that potential — in your English, your cultural adaptability, and your business results.
Why Work With Me?
These are my Core Values and Beliefs:
Be Supportive
So many people are happy to shoot down your dreams. Whatever your dreams are I’ll do my best to help you make them come true.
Be Curious
How are are we going to keep learning if we are not curious? Yeah, I know the cat didn’t end well but he probably wasn’t cautious enough.
Be kind
Not just to others, but to yourself. There are enough people in the world ready to judge and be nasty to you – don’t do their job for them (but develop self-awareness always strive to improve yourself).
Books & Publications
Martin has published 2 books on public speaking. His next book about UK Business Culture will be published in January 2026.
Public Speaking Skills
Pitching Nak3d
Why are public speaking skills so important in every area of our life?
Public speaking skills build confidence, help you to organize your ideas, and improve your critical thinking.
In business, public speaking skills can help you to:
- Succeed at job interviews
- Stand out in meetings
- Deliver effective elevator pitches, speeches and presentations
- Be front of mind when your company is looking to promote future managers or leaders
- Be seen as an influencer and thought leader
It doesn’t matter what kind of public speaking you are thinking about doing in the future, the Pitching Naked system will give you the solid foundation you need to move forward.
By the end of this book, using the 3-step Self-Correction Feedback System, you should have achieved at least three things:
- Become more confident and comfortable speaking to an audience
- Be able to prepare and deliver simple, one-minute presentations
- Feel ready to move to the next level of longer talks with bigger audiences

Speech Templates for Busy Professionals
Why Use Speech Templates?
So many business people these days are time poor, and when called upon to do to give a short speech for a particualr occasion they often don’t have much time to prepare.
That is where speech templates come in.
They save you valuable time.
Rather than starting from scratch you have a clear framework which you customise to match the occasion. Less time looking at a blank page, more time spent refining your message and delivery.
- Their tried and tested format helps you to win over the audience. The templates have a simple structure with clear guidance on where and how to add your own details and ideas.
- Reduced anxiety. Knowing you have a structured plan in place will boost your confidence and reduce nerves.
The 5 speech templates in this book have the clear purpose and the structure built in. All you have to do is add a few details, tweak the language a bit to make it your own and practise (and practise some more).
